1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of ovenjustice.food and purchases from Oven Justice. By accessing the website, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page.
If you place an order for another person, you confirm that you are authorised to provide their delivery and contact information and that they can receive the order.
2. Products and availability
Our products are baked in small batches and may sell out. An item appearing on the website does not guarantee availability until the order is accepted or confirmed by us.
Product photographs are illustrative. Handmade products may vary in appearance, size, crumb, decoration, and colour. We may make reasonable substitutions only after contacting you where a material change is involved.
3. Ingredients and allergens
Bakery products may contain or come into contact with wheat/gluten, milk, eggs, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soy, and other allergens. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions must contact us before ordering.
Unless Oven Justice expressly confirms otherwise in writing for a specific order, products should not be treated as allergen-free or suitable for preventing cross-contact.
4. Pricing, taxes, and charges
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. The product price, applicable taxes, delivery charge, and any other order-specific charge will be shown or communicated before payment. Current product pricing is available in the Bakery shop.
We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before accepting an order. If payment was already made for an affected order, we will offer the corrected order or cancel and refund the affected amount.
5. Orders and acceptance
You are responsible for providing accurate name, phone number, email, address, product selections, quantities, and instructions. An automated payment or order acknowledgement does not by itself mean we can fulfil the order.
An order is accepted when Oven Justice confirms it for the stated pickup or delivery date/window. We may decline or cancel an order because of availability, serviceability, suspected fraud, an incorrect price, safety concerns, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any eligible payment will be refunded under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Payment
Online payments may be facilitated by Razorpay and its payment partners. Your use of a payment method is also subject to the issuer, bank, network, UPI provider, and Razorpay terms that apply to that transaction.
Do not share an OTP, UPI PIN, CVV, password, or complete card credentials with Oven Justice. A payment may be delayed, declined, or reversed by a payment provider even where an order attempt appears on the website.
7. Pickup and delivery
Pickup and delivery are subject to the date, window, location, charges, and serviceability confirmed for the order. You must ensure that someone is available to receive a delivery and that access instructions are accurate.

8. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Because our products are fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.

9. Website use and intellectual property
The Oven Justice name, branding, website design, copy, photographs, graphics, and other original material are owned by or licensed to Oven Justice. They may not be copied, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without permission.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
10. Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Oven Justice is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, third-party platform failure, or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.
For a valid claim connected with an order, our responsibility will be limited to an appropriate replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected item or order, as determined under the circumstances and applicable law.
11. Governing law, changes, and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights, courts with jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction over disputes.
