By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge the practices described here. This policy should be read with our Terms and Conditions, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Cancellation and Refund Policy.

We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate the bakery, fulfil orders, support customers, and understand website performance. This may include:

  • Order details, including products, quantities, prices, order notes, order status, payment status, and transaction or payment reference numbers.
  • Customer details such as name, phone number, email address, billing address, and delivery address where delivery is requested.
  • Messages, preferences, and information you send when you contact us by email, WhatsApp, a website form, or social media.
  • Technical and usage data such as IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, pages viewed, referring pages, clicks, and cookie identifiers.

3. Payment information

Online payments may be processed by Razorpay and its banking or payment partners. Oven Justice does not store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, OTPs, or online-banking credentials. Razorpay may collect and process payment information under its own privacy terms and applicable law.

We may retain payment status, amount, method type, and transaction or refund reference information as part of the order record.

4. How we use information

  • To confirm, prepare, fulfil, deliver, and account for orders.
  • To contact you about availability, substitutions, pickup or delivery, payment, cancellations, refunds, or support requests.
  • To prevent fraud, secure the website, troubleshoot problems, and enforce our terms.
  • To maintain business, tax, payment, and dispute records where required.
  • To measure website and advertising performance and improve our products, website, and customer experience.
  • To send promotional communication only where you have requested it or where otherwise permitted; you can opt out at any time.

5. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and cookies

We may use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand visits, measure advertising, and improve our website. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and may receive technical, usage, and conversion data. Google and Meta process information under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell or rent customer personal information. We may share limited information with:

  • Razorpay, banks, and payment networks to process payments, refunds, fraud checks, and disputes.
  • Delivery partners or couriers where needed to complete a delivery.
  • Website hosting, communications, analytics, advertising, bookkeeping, and other service providers acting for the purposes described here.
  • Government, regulatory, law-enforcement, professional advisers, or other parties where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • A successor or buyer in connection with a genuine reorganisation, merger, or transfer of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

7. Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfilment, customer support, accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise, or securely dispose of it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Never send us an OTP, UPI PIN, CVV, or full card credentials by phone, WhatsApp, email, or a website form.

8. Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, update, or delete personal information held by Oven Justice, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Some records may need to be retained for completed transactions, legal duties, fraud prevention, or disputes.

Our website is intended for customers who can enter into a valid purchase or are acting with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children for independent purchasing.
